Belly Fat is highly related to the food you eat besides the activities you do, I wrote already an article about Food that helps burn belly fat. But only knowing the food to help is not enough yet. Today we will discuss the food that we should avoid, the food that makes big belly fat.
When we eat, the calories and nutrients from the food are used to power up the brain, repair broken down muscle tissue and provide energy for the rest of the body to function well. However, when all the basic energy is met the excess calories will then be converted to fat there is stored in various places throughout the body and especially around the stomach.
There is some daily food that really makes overconsumption of calories and turn into fat. There are the common highly fattening foods to avoid for the people who care about the body shape.

1. Soda soft drink
Soda is the main source of calories in today's life. And as you read this I think you might be already craving some cold soft drink! (Well I do) but if you are really serious about losing belly fat then you have to avoid it. You can try alternative healthy beverages like tea, sparkling water, or coffee.
2. Beer and Alcoholic Drink
Beer is one of the top beverages that cause belly fat. There are many reasons and first of all, alcohol is converted to acetate in the body and mostly in the liver that makes fat burning becomes highly suppressed as a result the fatty acids you eat are more likely to be stored as body fat instead of being burnt. Acetate itself can also be converted into fat and the other reason is that alcohol is often paired with highly fat junk foods you guess it.

3. Cookies, Potato Chips, Croissant, and French Fries
These foods are highly fattening and most people are likely to crave more for them that exceed the amount of calories we need. They are very high in the number of calories within a little piece of them. The combo is that they are often paired with watching television or movies that people tend to eat a lot more during that time.
4. Pizza and Hamburger
These are the famous highly fattening food that sometimes makes us give up losing weight to have a bite at it and we just can't stop. Scoring very high in fat calories and sodium that could easily make big belly fat. Plus Pizza and hamburgers are good friends with soft drinks and they have together done a great job making a Big Belly for you.
5. Peanut Butter
Peanut, in fact, links to reduced body weight and improved health but when it becomes peanut butter things change. Peanut butter makes it easier to eat a whole lot more calories as many people enjoy spreading a thick layer of peanut butter on top of their toast.
I know it's very tough as I experience it myself, these foods pop up in the brain like a big advertisement that keeps showing up. These foods can be included in great moderation but be really careful as they are the reason many people give up losing weight and eat even more of these famous delicious foods.
