1. Cellcard: They are the oldest provider among the 3 major companies right now. The coverage is good and many Cambodians would vote for Cellcard as the premium one among the 3. 2. Smart Axiata: They share a big number of users, especially the younger generation as they offer really great bundles and prices for in-network calls and mobile data. You should be fine using Smart Traveller Sim with a really reasonable price in cities but the network is not really good in the rural areas. 

3. Metfone: they don't share as many users in the cities compared to Cellcard and Smart but they target users in other provinces and rural areas so their coverage is better in rural areas. Metfone stays calm while Cellcard and Smart are often in the limelight so you would expect to hear more of Cellcard and Smart Axiata. But Metfone is also a choice there.

For mobile internet data, you would expect to spend from 1$-5$ a week depending on your usage and mobile companies. A good tip is to know well about the plan you're registering if would cost only 1$ a week for basic use.

The cost of wifi in Cambodia ranges from 15$-100$+ a month depending on the providers and plan. For personal use, the cheaper one is okay unless you need to do Livestream in good HD quality.
